The circulation sales team will be comprised of our team members across tele sales/retention, bulk and sponsorship sales. A fair percentage of our subscriptions are also sold through partnerships – such as local printing partners who upsell WSJ subscriptions to their audience base, and specialized sales agents that cater to large companies who want a one-stop. This will be a part of the team’s responsibility as well. Together, these three teams are a significant engine room to our overall revenue, and by having a sales manager than can provide focus and support for our sales staff, I know we can make even further gains to the revenue and profitability of this team.
