As defined in the previous section (cf. 2.3), change management is about modifying
or transforming organisations in order to maintain or improve their effectiveness. In
terms of change management in the cluster, the following have taken place: planning
of activities; co-ordination of programmes; contribution of the school to the cluster;
making use of information from the cluster and learning about work in other schools
(Namibia. MoE 2006:39).
