Key Accountabilities:
Assist Flight Operations in minimizing risk of flight disruptions and delays related to operational matters.
Liaise and coordinate with aircraft manufacturers, Operations Control Centre, and Flight Operations for technical/operational support.
Review daily Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) for any operational impact within NokScoot network and do the necessary follow-up actions
Assist to carry out timely investigation of Incident Reports and Hazard Reports.
Assist in handling crew queries and feedback on matters related to line operations.
Assist in all DCA Thailand approvals (i.e. manuals, Extended Twin-Engine Operations (ETOPS), etc).
Assist in researching relevant technical and operational information to support decision-making.
Provide airplane takeoff/inflight/landing performance calculations in support of critical impact studies
Perform Administrator role for Electronic Checklist customization.
Work closely with Data Management & Distribution (DDM) and Engineering to ensure the latest version of electronic manuals, performance database, electronic checklists, and software applicable to operations are promptly loaded to all aircraft.
Gather information and review engineering matters such as significant aircraft defects, aircraft equipment upgrades, configuration changes to assist in notifying crew of the pertinent matters
Assist to develop the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) / Configuration Deviation List (CDL) requirements to meet operational needs and in minimizing delay to aircraft schedule (e.g. initial MEL/CDL revision for new aircraft type).
Review, edit and ensure that the subsequent revisions of the MEL/CDL is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant Regulatory and Company's requirements and approved by DCA Thailand for Flight operations.
Assist to ensure the MEL items are correctly customized for use in the performance module of the Boeing's Onboard Performance Tool
Review, edit and issue the fleet electronic checklists, where applicable
Keep track of aircraft modifications that affect FCOM and periodically notify aircraft manufacturers of the modification status
Check the latest aircraft modification status provided to the aircraft manufacturers is correctly incorporated in the next FCOM revision.
Review of equipment requirements for special operations
Handle manufacturer's Specification Change Notice on equipment upgrade.
Coordinate with Engineering on the technical support for crew training on the new aircraft.
Monitor the progress of fleet-initiated aircraft modifications.
