I would like to update about this case. The customer call maintenance on Friday 13/3/15 15:45 and Service Engineer arrived at customer site on 16/3/15 10:30 am. So he found the machine need to replace part (Fixing Ass’y). But no stock at Bangkhen Service Center. And then supervisor visited the customer to check and replace the Fixing today.
By the way we will closely parts monitoring to prevent the problem in the time.
