The network's aims are simple: we want to attract, support and develop our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex colleagues so that they feel confident to be themselves at work.
If we can gain the courage to 'be ourselves' at work then we will be able to perform better and not worry about hiding anything.
The network also acts as a confidential advice service for all colleagues, whether you want to report homophobic bullying or you just need a bit of help with an issue at work.
