Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Seller warrants that the Goods will meet the Seller’s representations and will conform to any and all of the provisions of the Contract for a period of ten (10) years from the date when the Goods are placed in commercial operation. However, if the losses and damages of the Buyer and/or the Customer are due to defects of a kind which seriously affect the quality or function of the Buyer and/or the Customer’s Products, even after said Warranty Period has expired, the Buyer may claim compensation against the Seller for such losses and damages.
