First, you need to check if you connected the item and device correctly. For example, yellow cable to yellow hole.
Second, you need to wait a few seconds after you open the TV, and then it will appear main menu.
Third, please check if you chose the correct format of your TV, please chose the AV1 or AV2, please don’t chose HDMI format.
