My experiences at YSEALI Professional Fellows program should virtually guarantee me for leadership skills , able to adapt to new environment surroundings, volunteerism, and mentorship of the community or region. There are many changes in the first year to implementation of the community. The suggestions or experiences will have analysis of appropriate indicators, review the cooperation of center level support the local level to work out the same direction. The data will be update to evaluate the results of health promotion and disease prevention, including to build environment and determine the legal measures for a factor contributing to the lifestyle.

• Committed to returning to his/her home country after completion of the program to apply leadership skills and training to benefit their community, country, or the ASEAN region;
• Track record of leadership or positive impact in their community or workplace;
• Demonstrated commitment to or interest in community service, volunteerism, or mentorship;
• Serious interest in the United States and ASEAN as a region;
• Be willing to actively participate in a working placement to develop professional capacities;
• Be a college graduate (equivalent of a Bachelor's degree or higher);
• Able to adapt to new environment surroundings and challenges;
• Proficient in spoken and written English at the time of application; and
• Have little or no prior work, study, or travel experience in the United States.
