Job Responsibilities
Key job responsibilities include:
- Develop customer relationships engaging customers with little or no installed base by calling at all levels - including senior levels.
- Early discovery of potential opportunities is crucial for influencing customer buying behaviours.
- Be highly disciplined to follow sales processes and use available Sales and CRM tools.
- To work according to a well-defined plan for discovering new opportunities - act as the focal point for relationship strategies, account and Sales Plans, proposal strategies and contract negotiations for pursuits in play.
- Develop customers in the assigned industries or accounts including Technical Buyers, Price Buyers and Relationship Buyers.
- Use account development tools to map the customer at all levels, identify and develop supporters at all levels.
Job Requirements
- Thai national
- Very good communication skills in English and Thai
- University degree or equivalent qualification required
- Post Graduate Business Qualification will be an advantage
- Experience in selling DCS (Distributed Control Systems), or other related industrial automation systems like SCADA, or PLC
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the Upstream and Downstream Oil & gas Industry, a well-established customer base in the Refining / Oil & Gas and Power Industries
- Excellent presentation & inter-personal skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated & result-oriented
- A team player who possess independent, pleasant and confident work personality
