I have resolved performance issues for Denise temporarily and am migrating users to IMAP to better support use of multiple devices.
The account acc@iaq~ is causing me problems, as are the various clients used. I am not a Windows techie and do not want to make any mistakes. Do you have a technician that can help us migrate the accounts acc, kj, and cl to IMAP and make sure their saved mail is not lost in the process?
The technician will need to spend time explaining about IMAP folders so our accountant can manage here storage needs.
I am away until 1 January. It would be great to have this complete while I am away.
