Dear Colleagues,
As we look ahead to our annual certification process launching on March 14, we reach out to you to ask for your assistance in verifying those employees who under a revised qualifying criteria will be required to certify their compliance over the past 12 months with our Code of Conduct.
The criteria for participation for FY16 is as follows:
• All office employees in service (active or in garden leave) during any part of the certification period March 14 – April 11 inclusive
• Employees in service as at 1 March, 2016 but who are on maternity leave or long term sick leave should be red flagged to complete the certification upon their return to work
Employees not requested to certify:
Plant workers who have not previously certified their compliance with the code of conduct.
A report (attached) has been downloaded from Workday to include employees meeting the above criteria. Can I please ask that you or your designated HR colleagues verify this report, the employees located within their geographical area of responsibility (to include employees in a functional reporting structure based in their location)? Please have them highlight, note in colour any adjustments required, insert any comment in the dedicated column, as you feel necessary, and return the updated report to me, cc my compliance team colleague, Cécile Charlet-Saracchi at ccharlet-saracchi@bacardi.com, no later than Monday 8 February.
