Mulberry standardized extract was prepared from the crude extract mulberry (CEM) by using an ethanol solution. The ethanol was then evaporated and completely removed by evaporation metthod (Shubhajit et al., 2022),(Ye Ji et al., 2017) So there was no ethanol left in the extract. The quality of the standard mulberry extract was controlled and validated using a QTOF 6540 UHD accurate mass spectrometer. Anthocyanin content was analyzed by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
