DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR MISSIONS AND PROTOCOL IN THE RECEIVING STATE
Diplomatic agents and members of their families enjoy, in the receiving state, privileges and immunities accorded to them under international law and the legislation of the receiving state. At the same time, they are all bound to respect the laws and administrative regulations, as well as the tradition and customs of the receiving state, and they should refrain from any acts “which might be construed as interfering in the internal affairs of the receiving state”.
