As discussed yesterday, I received feedback from K.Paisan that Somsak Klaeng site has not been informed about what is to be happened at the site and what they have to do / know. Lesson learnt on this, I think it’s from the change that we never do this way of training – on-site training for multi-attendees. Before this, we arrange the classroom at either Shell office or hotel which retailers don’t have to know anything much and when training on-site will cover only the retailer and their team.
Agreed yesterday, we shall inform retailer of what starting/ending time for on-site and main activities are to be done (don’t have to tell them all things) and what actions / supports requiring retailers help. Atiq – pls align with K.Yong on who/what/how/when to inform. I list down the info from my thought below.
- On-site will start around 2 pm and end around 5:30 pm
- About 20 attendees and 5-10 Shell (incl trainers) will go to the site
- When reaching the site, we need retailer or his/her team to do HSSE brief
- Then, hand over to the training team to do the on-site training.
- For this round, the training will be composed of some activities and will be done in groups. There will be activity to use fire fighting extinguisher practice. 4 will be sent to the site which retailer is encouraged to switch the new ones with their older existing ones as the training can use the older ones.
- There will be feedback at the end too.
- Retailer host – whether they have to arrange anything else? Pls advise
