Analysis of similarities (ANOSIM) (Table 5) indicate that communities in Control Fish were statistically different from those recorded in
specimens that were exposed to AS-A phage (Fish + Phage AS-A)
(R = 0.792). The same trend was observed forfish juveniles exposed
to of the AS and AS-A (Fish + AS + Phage) (R = 0.825). Bacterial communities in the group Fish + AS was statically similar to the group exposed to bacteria AS and phage AS-A (R = 0.269). The ANOSIM
analysis also suggested moderate separation of bacterial communities
between Fish + Phage AS-A and group Control Fish (R = 0.669),
Fish + AS (R = 0.569) and Fish + AS + Phage (R = 0.666).
