The integration of ultrafiltration

The integration of ultrafiltration (diafiltration mode) into anaqueous two-phase system was evaluated by two processes: (1)first step of ATPS followed by diafiltration; (2) first step of ATPSfollowed by a second step of ATPS and diafiltration. At the end ofeach step, both the purification factor and enzymatic recovery wereevaluated.
