Please note it is not just the customer that saw outages, we also saw them on our monitoring.
Do recheck the connection and particularly the links with your international access partners, as if there was no issue within your networks, the cause of the issue might still be there.
We need to have an RFO or a list of all the checks that were done, where and with what result. This site is critical for our end customer and we do need to show them everything has been checked properly.
