in India some people meet every day in laughter clubs for 15 for 20 minutes in the morning they all laugh together sometime they laugh loudly sometime they laugh quietly no one tells jokes no one talks they just laugh so why do these people laugh they laugh because it makes them feel good Dr.Madan Kataria agrees he started the First laughter club in Mumbai India in 1995 he believes that laughter is healthy many doctors agree with Dr. Kataria when we laugh we relax we don't feel lot of stress this can be good for our health At Dr. Kataria's laughter club, people do laughter exercises first they take several deep breathe very slowly then they say ho-ho ha-ha together they say it faster and faster then they start to laugh there are many other kinds of laughter exercises too in the silent laughter exercise people don't make any noise in the big laughter exercise,everyone is very loud in the dancing laughter exercise everyone laughs and jumps at the same time today there are laughter clubs in several countries in the world more people are learning about the importance of laughter and more people are laughing too
