The jujube core was collected in August 2014 near Tata(Morocco). It’s crushed to separate the seed and the shell. Theshell was washed with distilled water and placed in an oven at105C for 24 h. The jujube shell was ground using a laboratory mill(Retsch SM10) and then sieved to obtain different sizes (50–100,100–315, 315–500 and 500–1000 mm) on laboratory sieve (ShakerAS 200).
