Four Vietnam Railways Corp detained in connection with an alleged $780,000(25 million baht) bribe paid by a Japanese consult- ant firm for a Hanoi urban railway project funded by official Japanese development assistance have largely admitted their guilt, a Vietnamese newspaper reported yesterday.
