Job Description:
(1) To accomplishment the assigned tasks in HRM function on the procedures Job Description of recruitment, selection and personnel management.
(2) To maintain and support Employee Database of Human Resource Management System(HRMS)
(3) To analyst the employee data with MS Excel.
Job Qualification:
(1) Male / Female, age not over 28 years old.
(2) Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or related fields.
(3) Strong attention to detail.
(4) Good knowledge of Database Management System and Microsoft Office program especially Ms. Excel ,Ms. Access .
(5) Good attitude, Service mind, Self-confident, Strong analytical, Communication and Human relationship skill and love to be HR professional.
(6) Good command of written and spoken in English.
