This study has also several important implications for cloud service providers by drawing attention to specific factors that either
facilitate or hinder cloud adoption among individual adopters.
Our empirical analysis also provides some insight into the valence
and relative salience of these factors. First, personal innovativeness
was observed to be one of the strongest catalysts to cloud adoption, which not only have a strong positive effect on intention
but also moderate the negative effect of expected switching costs.
Hence, cloud service providers should proactively seek ways to
help their target adopter population transition into the cloud
