The educational offer at SPD includes University Master courses and OneYear courses in different design areas. Upon selection, the Master programs admit candidates with a degree in the field of interest or with an appropriate professional experience whilst the OneYear courses are open to graduates in disciplines that are not relevant to the area of further studies. If you need information and assistance, you can contact the Academic Office to receive guidance in planning your future studies.
There is a limited number of places for each program of study. In order to start the admission procedure you must fill out this form (right) and email to the Academic Office your curriculum vitae, a scan copy of your transcript of records issued by your University/institution of provenance and your portfolio of works. Although a specific portfolio is not required for admission to the OneYear courses, samples of personal projects, free hand sketching, drawings etc or any work related with art and design will be very appreciated and will contribute positively to the assessment of your application. The Admission Committee will review your application and the Academic Office will contact you for a Skype/phone interview. Applicants will be selected by the Admission Committee, chaired by SPD Director, on the basis of the requisites and criteria set for each course.
Please note that admission is not binding for enrolment. After having gained admission to the course of interest, you will be able to complete the enrollment process by signing the contractual documents. Important: students having a non-Italian bachelor degree and applying to the master programs must submit additional documents provided by their local Italian Embassy/Consulate in order to earn the University Master degree accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Reseach.
