I tried your suggestion of turning off “allow pc to turn off” on all USB hubs yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, the problem still persists (is not fixed yet).
As requested in my email to you yesterday afternoon, could you please provide me with a hyperlink to the specific firmware update you mentioned? I have gone to the Buffalo web site download page but am unsure which of the downloads I saw, if any, are the correct ones. I really need to get this problem fixed urgently and your help would be appreciated!
