-Accurate and reliable Company’s Monthly, Quarterly and Annual training reports.
-Well-organized training programs with effectiveness according to the plan.
-Independently handle Training Operations for the organization i.e. communication, -training record, government report, expenses claim, facility arrangement, material preparation etc.
-Maintain and improve quality standards within Training Development & Operations
