Please help to look into the excel you sent, i have some questions:
1. In the file, I want you to separate between POS Tier 1 and Tier 2. But in the worksheet, the data are the same and not have any split between Tier 1 and Tier 2. My Objective for splitting Tier 1 and Tier 2 are:
- Merchandising excellence both Demo units, authorised approval on NPI to Sell iPhone in time, Focus on stock allocation and manpower, etc
- tier 2 might consider at the first phase along with Tier 2 or maybe later up to Jaymart’s decision and where Jaymart think it work best for Jaymart.
- You might want to add on tier 3, as I understand that Total Jaymart authorised POS now is 90 POS. You might provide the plan, when will u roll out on these POS tier 3.
2. You mentioned that the Mall Ngamwongwan have 1 Apple Expert, but no name provide. can you check whether its Error or any typing mistakes?
3. I want to understand your logic and calculation methodology on how you come up with Unbrick/day.
As it should not be in number with decimal point. how many minutes per one customer need to buy iPhone?
4. There are big or huge unbrick plan compare with last year performance, why you are so confident with these proposed number?
What are you plan to support this big numbers?
