Lastly, data from document analysis, observation and in-depth interview sessions were utilised and triangulated to support the findings’ trustworthiness, as depicted in Figure 4. Trustworthiness refers to the rigour of a study or the degree of trust in the data, analysis and techniques used to ensure the study’s validity (Polit and Beck, 2013). Hence, the researcher applied trustworthiness criteria to ensure qualitative findings’ rigour. Figure 4 shows the criteria for this study: credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability (Connelly, 2016) applied by the present study researcher.
