This paper is aimed customer satisfaction with service in Siam Commercial Bank, located at BigC Bang Phi Samut Prakarn.
The aspects being examined were divided status of individual. Group of study is people who served at Siam Commercial Bank. There was a total of 100 research participants in the present study.
The data were elicited through 100 questionnaires. The analyses were performed and the results were presented in percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings of the present research of T-test, F-Test were as 1. 57 % aged from 25-40 years, 57% single, 48%, Bachelor Degree’s, 54% officer and 64 % people who has income around 10000 – 20000 baht per month. The most customer service in cash deposit and draw about 43 % 2. Customer satisfied in service of Siam Commercial Bank at the high level. 3. From hypothesis test found statistics different customers satisfied in service of Siam Commercial Bank 0.039 and gender, age, education, occupation, in similar level
