The Seagate Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows you to become a shareholder of the company at a discount. Through the ESPP, you have the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
ESPP Open Enrollment is January 4 through January 15, 2016
The semi-annual ESPP Open Enrollment window for you to enroll in or make changes to your participation in the ESPP program is January 4 through January 15, 2016 for the Offering Period beginning February 1, 2016. Full-time, part-time and intern employees in eligible Seagate locations whose first day of work at Seagate is on or before January 8, 2016 are eligible to join. If you are currently participating in the ESPP, and wish to continue at your current percent of pay, no action is required on your part to continue for the next Offering Period. If you take no action, your participation will continue at the same level for the next Offering Period.
