That's not an actual mod problem but a reoccurring user mistake . You have two options:

a) Disable all mods using the ModManager, delete resources999.s2z (just in case), delete the folder "mods" in heroes of newerth/game/mods
b) Delete resources999.s2z, delete the startup.cfg (you will lose your settings) in ~username~/documents/heroes of newerth/game/startup.cfg, delete the folder "mods" in heroes of newerth/game/mods

If you start using mods again reapply them EVERY TIME THERE IS A PATCH!! (!!!).
There are sooooooo many players complaining about mod problems when all they have to do is reapplying...
