Responsibilities
Organize and lead the client service team to deliver excellent service to all clients.
Ensure that the agency responds to client briefs in a timely manner and to the creative and strategic standards set by the agency.
Build loyalty amongst client base and aim to maintain and grow key clients through pro-active and relevant recommendations.
Provide strong leadership and direction for the client service team ensuring great teamwork and financial performance are consistently achieved.
Work with Creative team and other function Collaborate successfully with all members of the agency to pursue any business development or new business opportunities and maintain a helpful supportive working culture.
