Qualify for Seller Guaranteed Delivery
Seller guaranteed delivery allows eligible sellers to display a guaranteed delivery date message on item detail and checkout pages for offers fulfilled with Premium Shipping options. Eligible sellers who elect to display a guaranteed delivery date message must:
Use only approved carriers with tracking capabilities to fulfill all orders displaying the guaranteed delivery date message (currently FedEx, OnTrac, UPS and US Postal Service are supported).
Provide full shipping cost refunds upon request when contacted by customers regarding late deliveries of orders displaying the guaranteed delivery date message.
Participation eligibility
Sellers must satisfy the following criteria to be eligible to show guaranteed delivery date messaging:
Sold on Amazon for at least 90 days.
Met a minimum order threshold of at least ten orders in the past 30 days across all shipping options.
Sellers must also meet or exceed the following performance requirements for the trailing 30 days for all Premium Shipping options orders in order to establish and maintain eligibility:
A valid tracking ID for at least 94% of Premium Shipping orders.
An on-time delivery rate of at least 96% for Premium Shipping orders.
A cancellation rate of less than 1% for Premium Shipping orders.

Sellers whose performance metrics fall below the required levels will no longer be eligible to show guaranteed delivery date messaging on their items. Sellers whose metrics improve may be eligible to re-apply to show guaranteed delivery date messaging.
