Ensure that all Housekeeping staff performs duties in accordance with Hotel policy.
Assists the Executive Housekeeper in formulating and establishing plans for all aspects of Housekeeping management and operation.
To establish a high degree of cleanliness and efficiency in the Housekeeping Department to include all assigned areas of the Resort.
In the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, the Assistant Executive Housekeeper will operate the Housekeeping Department and all other areas of responsibility.
Assists the supervision of housekeeping staff to ensure that all daily activities meet compliance with housekeeping procedures and service standards.
Be specifically responsible for the standards of all guest rooms, corridors, back-of-house storage and linen rooms.
