Based on the literature, [2] there are three approaches for measuring the lean performance. The first one is
based on measuring the degree of implementation of lean tools and techniques, e.g., the identification of the
organization leanness degree. The second relates to the measurement of outputs resulting from lean
implementation. In this context, dimensions such as cost, quality, delivery, flexibility and continuous improvement
deserved special attention. The third approach is a combination of the other two. the chain.
