As I have rough discussion with N'Pluem last time, would you try studying current process of our CHB work and figure out which part of our process can be 1) better quality without losing quickness, 2) faster without losing quality, 3) Higher customer's satisfaction?
We may set up weekly meeting on this, and target to complete our plan by end of April, which will start trial from May.
By doing this, you will enjoy better quality of work process as well as performance. No down-side for doing this.
Any of your idea is welcome (you know much better than me about Customs Process/Handling). Thank you.
