• Develop creative recruitment solutions in alignment with the organisations/partners' demands and Potential Projects.
• Operational recruitment experience and strategy design.
• Communicate Organization initiatives and benefits throughout the Potential candidate recruitment cycle.
• To provide track, record and report on recruitment trends to the CEO and Executive Director, setting and monitoring KPI's and targets.
• Ongoing development of the recruitment function.
• To provide professional support and advice on Recruitment and Selection Planning to CEO and Executive Director.
• To prepare job descriptions and person specifications as required.
• Keep abreast of changes in the organisation's structure and strategy.
