As part of our mission to deliver best-in-class information and insights to help you grow your business, we are continuing to invest in our Retail Measurement Services to ensure it reflects the dynamism in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in Thailand. Our end goal, as always, is to add even more value by providing you with greater data accuracy at a reasonable price. Our past service enhancements include additional sample stores in both CVS and Traditional Trade channels to best reflect the universe size, inclusion of CJ Nine into our Super/Hyper channel, implementation of the RRES (Retail Establishment Survey), etc. We will also keep you updated of our upcoming service enhancements for Y2016.
I would also like to take this opportunity to confirm that, as per our Standard Terms & Conditions, your annual fees will be increased by a nominal 4.60% (Wage inflation = 6.0%*75%; CPI = 0.4%*25%) from January 1st, 2016 (or upon expiration of your current term) to reflect cost of living adjustment (CPI & HRBS wage inflation) and appropriate service enhancements to come. Our upcoming enhancements starting in January 2016 data to be delivered in February 2016 include but may not only limit to the inclusion of Tops Superkoom into our retail index panel as well as the implementation of banded pack upgrades. The change is expected to be minimal at Thailand level and will primarily pertain to Super/Hyper channel. Our client service team will be in touch with you shortly regarding the upcoming enhancements.
In addition, our client service team will set up time and walk you through our optional subscription of Retail Intelligence service which I believe will be very beneficial to your organization.
