Concern to a customer, Khun Songyot complains about increasing heat of the car while driving. He brought his car to the center for problem investigation on April 24th, 2014
with mileage as of 35,881 kilometers. But after the customer brought back his car for usage, the problem happened again. on May 8th, 2014 the customer brought his car back to the center ( the first one which he received the service) with mileage as of 36 237 kilometers. The final Investigation came out and advised the customer to Overhaul engine which the customer need to responsible for all expense.
The technical team concluded this case did not occurred from the product.
The customer was unsatisfied with Service center who did not check and investigated his case carefully that cause the damage to his car.
The customer calls to Call Center Department and mentions that if there is no one responsible for the expense occurred , he will burn his car at the Service Center on June 10th, 2557
