We will pick up documents from Teleplan office, Bangna tomorrow morning so that we can review the documents before sending to the RD.
After discussion with the RD this morning, we will send required documents to the RD by 15 Nov’13 and we note the following.
1. Output VAT report together with a copy of output tax invoices and original input tax invoices for the period of May 2011 – June 2013 Will send on 15 Nov’13
2. Leasing/Rental agreement and service agreement e.g. rental agreement, hire purchase agreement and construction agreement, etc. along with supporting documents for making payment and WHT. Service agreement made with customers Will send on 15 Nov’13. After discussion with the RD, they don’t need Translation for this.
3. Service agreement made with customers After negotiation with the RD that there are more than 100 pages of agreement, they allowed Teleplan to provide Thai translation of the agreements only the following parts.
a). Period of service
b). Rate of service fees charged to client
c). Scope of service
d). Period of warranty
Please confirm if you are in agreement with this so that I will pass the agreements on to our Legal Dept. for translation purpose.
4. Fixed asset register and supporting documents for borrowing of fixed asset from related parties as from 24 May 2011 to present Will send on 15 Nov’13
5. WHT certificates issued by your customers for the year 2011, 2012 and 2013 (Jan-Jun). Will send on 15 Nov’13
6. Trial balance and GL for the year 2011 and 2012 Will send on 15 Nov’13
7. Power of attorney together with a copy of personal ID card for appointer and appointee in case authorised person cannot meet with the RD Will send later on when I have to meet with the RD to give statement.
