แสดงว่าการ forward port ไม่สำเร็จ ลองตรวจสอบในส่วนของการ Forward port และการเปิด Function Upnp ของตัว router อีกครั้ง

Confirm PC firewall is turned off when running the test & use port scan using several online services .

if confirmed that there is no open port, re-check your (customer) router setup.
1- make sure your router is not connected to a second router but directly to internet .
you can make sure by looking at your WAN IP address. if the IP address is global IP address than that is ok.

2- re-check your router's nat setup.
NAS will not be able to access Internet until this issue is fixed by customer
