Like many service based websites today (such as Netflix or Hulu), VideoBlocks initially offers a free trial to become oriented with the website as well as to see if our content will suit your needs. Since many of our users want to continue to use our service beyond the initial 7 day trial period, your account will automatically enroll in the monthly subscription to avoid interruption of your service.
It seems like this is what happened with your account. Our records show that you had created a 7-day free trial account on February 2, 2016 and the account was billed on February 10, 2016, one day after your free trial ended. During the signup process, VideoBlocks states that the account must be cancelled by the end of the trial period or the account would be rolled over into our $79/monthly subscription. If you wish to review screenshots of the sign up process, I can certainly send them to you.

As such, I am not able to offer you a refund. Instead, I can offer you a year of access to unlimited downloads from our Unlimited Library as well as discounted clips from the Marketplace for purchase. I will also turn off the auto-billing on your account so you will have no further charges. Or alternatively, I was able to get authorization from my supervisor to help you out and give you a 50% refund on your most recent subscription payment because we noticed you haven’t used your account recently.
