so mad I didnt get to run today, I had 2 computers, ipod and phone all in that damn backpack and was getting wet and damn, i just couldnt get there in time. tomorrow I get off at 5:30. It's best when I go before you because I cant keep up with you but I can run long and try and do some sprint work once you get there. now I'm drinking my beer, I deserve them after such gin noi and making such changes lately, I MUST GET THIS WEIGHT OFF, I know the beer is bad, but I have major sleep problems too and beer helps me sleep, well it use to, hoping it starts back helping........this is a long message, i hope you are able to understand most of it!
