• Grow the Turnover and Gross Margin in APAC
• Be directly responsible for all accounts in the region (as sales manager APAC)
• Create annual area sales budget (revenue and cost) and create monthly/quarterly area forecasts.
• Perform commercial planning & priority setting in coordination with CS Manager and production.
• Manage area sales cost control.
• Stimulate and support cross-divisional and cross-segment cooperation and initiatives (joint sales, product innovation, etc)
• Manage area debtor risks and minimize debtor levels
• Act as sparring partner for Sales Director in commercial strategy and target setting
