To stop or terminate the work of the renovation is totally at your own decision and we did not give approve to you to stop work. From the meeting that we had 27th January 2016 your team had also assure us by stopping work , the dateline for you and your team to handover the project is still on time which is 31/3/2016. Please note that we did not ask you or your company to stop or terminate the job, we are very concern about the quality of the materials you are providing to us as it will affect the safety of our business premises to our clients, staff and the general public for that matter. We need you and your company to give us the assurance in writing that your job is of good quality, reliable, practical and safe as we want to have a safe of mind when we start this business
All the information’s and clarification that you required has been provided from point 1 to 13 above. As such I would strongly suggest you continue to compete the job that we had agreed upon and handover according to the dateline of 31/3/2016. Your company and yourself have enter into a contract when you had accepted our downpayment and are bind by the contract and agreement the complete the job.
Should you and your company still want to terminate this job and agreement, we demand that you pay us the 40% downpayment you had accepted and banked into your bank account as you and your company had breach the agreement and contract we had agreed upon.
