Despatch department instruction from marketing department on what,when how and where the product to be delivered.
-Check availability of product to be delivered.
-Tanker call –off schedule raise by dispatch department.
-Make sure that truck is in good condition,reach in time,and safety for product during transportation.
-Issue delivery challan/invoice and submit to concern department.
-Communicate with sale and trading on commited timeline of product avalibility.
-Monitoring of shipment arrangement.
-Monitoring delivery, import and export document.
-Keep track and record all the material under transport.
-Close completed service orders and monitor open service orders to minimize delays in service.
-Point-of-contact regarding the scheduling of preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and invoicing for OEM and third party service providers.
