Responsibilities : - Assist department manager and team in consolidating departmental annual and revised work program and budget.
- Provide secretarial and administrative services such as handling telephone calls, daily appointments, meetings, correspondence, arranging trips, facilitating conference & seminar of staff, etc.
- Screen telephone call, answer routine questions, take message and may refer caller to alternative source during his/her absence.
- Establish, maintain and update administrative database for asset use and Company reference.
- Develop and maintain good relation with both internal and external parties that he/she is in contact with.
- Inform manager of the difficulties or potential problems which may arise or occur in all aspects.
