About the Head of Credit Risk and Portfolio Management Role:
Reporting to the CRO, you will play a crucial role in limiting the organisation's risk exposure to reasonable level. As the Head of Credit Risk and Portfolio Management, you will be determining credit risk for the Credit Committee proposal.
Key responsibilities:
Determine and adjust credit rating of the bank's clients
Liaise with various business units and credit teams on any cases and issues on processes
Monitor bad debt by finding appropriate action plan and strategy to recover the most for the bank
Monitor the market for any impacts on bank's portfolio
Act as independent party for stress testing
Support business units and projects related to credit risk team (for example, new products development, process improvement, and so on)
To succeed in this role, you will need 10 years' experience in risk management within the banking industry.
Key requirements:
Master's degree in related field
Fluent in Thai and English
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
