For example, the Performance Partnership Process is at the heart of our Talent System for salaried employees. It’s a way for employees to have regular conversations with their managers about their personal development, performance, career advancement and opportunities for growth. In this process, employees set individual performance objectives connected to the company’s Mission & Values.
In addition, every salaried employee creates an annual development plan that helps them set and work toward career development milestones. They develop this plan with their manager and discuss their personal career aspirations, development priorities and strengths and opportunities.
