This is a very special dish made up of raw Walu fish with 'Miti’. Fresh fish is marinated in freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice and left to "cook" for several hours. Thick coconut milk is added after it is "cooked" together with finely diced tomatoes, chillies and salt to tantalise your taste buds. It is left in the fridge for an hour or two then served as an entrée.
