Michelec, 2009) due to the change in diet habit among polish consumers.
Currently, the annual production for natural spring and mineral waters
exceeds 30 L per person and a 10% annual increase in the total consumption is expected in the future. The most frequently chosen type of water is
still water (63%) and ⅓ of the total consumed water is bought in the
markets
